. Anyway, I got it all put together and did a set of crunches without problem. Then I tried the rowing and got tangled up and ended up having to have a hard splint on my left wrist because when the cable snapped and hit me it gave me a hair line fraction. Told ya I was not graceful. If your graceful this would probably work for you. Plus, you don't have the poundage I was trying to put on the thing. I just realized when I got rid of it that I was over the "recommended weight limit".
