Hey Audrey,

I get those lazy, blah days too...I'm sure everyone does...but at least you made yourself do something today...3 miles is awesome!

I ran 3 miles today too. It was super hot outside...not as bad as July, but still pretty darn hot. I ended up having to walk a bit, but I did ok overall...just gotta think, we have some good days and some not so good days, but we're a heck of a lot better off than we used to be

Take Care,

Hey everyone,

Running 3 miles instead of none is great- just think: it may not have been as "Far" as you had originally hoped, but if you had not put on those running shoes, it would have been nothing, and then think how bad you woudl have felt after
I didn't get to run today- but-- I did play 3 sets of tennis- I have a 10 k coming up on sunday(assuming it doesn't rain) so, I need to get some practice in the next 3 days.
Down side is I just got a call from my Doctors office sayign my iron was in pits again and they want to schedule another iron infusion- too bad they cant give me that as "pep" juice before-. I probably shouldn't run but, if I feel up to it, I will. I have come to the conclusion that, I am never going to get answers to my health problems, and just keep getting sent from one place to the next with no one giving me an answer( oh yes, they do send a letter 3 months later saying they have "no idea")
Anyway- Great to see everyone keeping up the exercse schedule even with teh change of seasons- I am going to try my hardest to keep everything moving all year long.
Have a good night.

Amy, I'm thrilled to be able to run the 3 miles, but don't intend to stop there. I'm determined to meet my goal sooner or later.

Default Total for September

So, I calculated my miles and I ran/walked 55 miles in the month of September. My goal was 56 miles, so I was pretty darn close. My husband going in the hospital threw me for a loop, but I didn't let it stop me. He was very supportive of me continuing my exercise. I felt guilty for not going to see him during my lunch breaks at work (even though I went before work and after work each day)...but he encouraged me to workout and do that for myself and I'm glad I did! Anyway, I just wanted to post this and see how everyone else did with their goals! Also, I have posted a new thread for our October Running/Walking goals, so head over there and post your new goals for October (sorry it is a little bit late). I'm going to try to run 60 miles this month! We'll see how it goes.

Take Care everyone!
