you cant stop thats the only advice you need, you need to push thru the pain, just get on the treadmill and walk for 60 minutes. You dont need to run or anything yet, just walk a nice pace 2.5 then gradually speed up and set it on an incline eventually. You can do it but you have to have the I CAN DO THIS mind otherwise your right it will fail Keep at it

Trust your body and everyone else is right, swimming is definitely a full body workout!

Don't strain your joints now or you can cause yourself pain forever.

And hey, congratulatons on going to the gym

Swimming, biking, and walking are perfect exercises for us when we're still big. I don't know if it will help you but I just work my ass off and keep going no matter how bad it hurts or how much I wanna stop. Maybe that's stupid of me, but I'm an all or nothing kinda gal and the weight sure is dropping with my hardcore attitude. Of course you should talk to your pcp before you start any type of exercise program.
