Default Recover with Exercise

If you've suffered a setback in your fitness level due to an injury or debilitating illness, you'll have to do some adapting to recover it. When you need to take it easy yet still get a workout it may not be as easy to come up with options. If you like to use videos a good source is Exercise, Workout and Fitness videos & DVDs. They have a number of programs that allow you to workout while sitting down. Also they have some for seniors. Okay, so maybe you're not a senior, but you might need to work out like one for a couple of months to allow your body to heal. When you're fully recovered, give the tapes to a senior center or retirement home. You might even consider donating some of your time to get a class organized for them. Of course, you should always consult with your doctor before starting to work out again.
