I would love to know a way to fit in a short workout that still gets results. I have 2 very small children and only have about 30 minutes a day to workout so I really need something that works and that I can do when the kids are napping. I do yoga often, but I feel rushed because of the time constraints so although I will continue to fit some yoga in each day, I may need to find something that doesn't require calmness
