Default Help!

I was diagnoised with Thyroid Disease almost 4 years ago and I take meds for it. I have been walking and doing as much exercise as I can and watching what I eat. I also have a bad back. But anyways, I have been trying to loose weight and I have lost 13 lbs, I want to loose more. I am at a stand still, does anyone have any ideas on how to loose the weight. which exercise iam doing please help me
