Default is this enough?

Hello, I have been wanting to strength train from home but I am always hearing about how important it is to switch up your exercises to work out everything. I'm worried about balance because I don't have much equipment or know a big range of exercises. I don't have access to a gym but I own an elliptical, bench press machine, lat tower, and barbell weights (not many dumbbells though).

Here's what I know I will be able to do at home: running (for cardio, mostly), squats, lunges, sit-ups, bench press, barbell curls, tricept extensions, push-ups, lat pulldowns, and pull-ups/chin-ups.

So I guess my questions are: will just these hit all the major muscle groups effectively or am I missing something? Is there anything I should/could add? Will it require anymore (hopefully not too expensive) equipment? Or should I just suck it up, pay it out, and join a gym?

Thanks!
