crap, I wish I was younger and didn't have fibromyalgia.

Sigh. Oh well, guess I'll just loll in the pool today.

got my butt to the gym this morning...

Finally after taking a week or so off, I have been such a slacker. *DOH*

However, I did 5 miles in cardio in 62 min and burned 703 calories. Then I did the went for a swim, I just did laps for 25 min. After that it was to the steam room for relaxin.

The cardio was what I really needed to get in and man I feeeeeel GOOD!!!!

Anyone else working out today ?

Its my rest day today.....although I'll be training others I ain't lifting shit today....normally I'll do circuit training for an hour to an hour and a half...3 days a week...sometimes 4.
