got my butt to the gym this morning...
Finally after taking a week or so off, I have been such a slacker. *DOH*
However, I did 5 miles in cardio in 62 min and burned 703 calories. Then I did the went for a swim, I just did laps for 25 min. After that it was to the steam room for relaxin.
The cardio was what I really needed to get in and man I feeeeeel GOOD!!!!
Anyone else working out today ?
