Water Aerobics at the outdoor town pool 8:45 - 9:45
Walked the dog around the neighborhood 10:30 - 11:15 2.5 miles
Water Aerobics at the indoor physical therapy pool 1-2pm
Bike @ gym 15 min, 6 miles
Treadmill @ gym 55 min 5K
Weight machines at the gym (all arm machines) 3 reps of 30 each about 20 min.

I havent been to the gym because my aunt passed away and I just got back from being in NY. I am going to goto the gym tonight and will post my work out, I feel like a slackers but I just couldnt bring my self to go.
I see lots are posting there work outs. Good !!! its fun to move and loose.

Yesterday I rode my skateboard for 30, Ripstik for 30, bike for 20, walked the puppy for 10, and I tried to rollerblade but failed! LOL! I'll post later on what I did today.

45 minutes on the elipitical, 20 minutes on stepper
free weights 15 pounds to work the arms, then upper weight machines
80 crunches
32 ounces of water at the gym alone- rung my clothes out when I was done- did I mention it is hotter than hell in Florida? lol
good job everyone!!! keep it up! I need to lose 5 pounds by Monday for me to feel good about my month- I think I can I think I can I think I can...

Elliptical.....30mins (396 calories)
Lat Pulldowns....2x10 @ 80lbs & 2x10 @90lbs
Reverse leg curls.....5x5 @ 40lbs
Ab Crunches (machine).....1x10 @ 60lbs & 3x12 @ 75lbs
Standing Calf......1x10 @ 90lbs & 3x10 @ 100lbs.
Leg Extension.....3x5 @ 90lbs
Stair Stepper.....15 mins (115 calories)
