yea kimbers!

and yes, I did - despite the fact that I had to get up extra early to work on a project that was subsequently REJECTED at the last minute...that sucks.

After I got everything squared away, I went to the gym and did 25 rowing machine, 25 elliptical, 10 recumbant cycle and weights.

hooray!

Yay! to you too, Suzanne... I tell yas, it was hard getting mah butt in that gym, but I didn't want to disappoint Cassie cus I knew she would be running at home.

Makes you feel strong huh?

(side note)

when I did the hip machines I put up 170 lbs, started at 150 did 25 reps 3X moving up to 170.. A man came after me, and he did the same weight I finished at, made me feel very strong. I actually had the confidence to tell him thank you for making me feel strong, I said that I just put that weight up. He actually congratz me.. and made idle chit chat.. before weightloss, I would have been ignored.

If only I saw this thread yesterday...I was too busy movin. I had WW weigh in yesterday morning so I went to the gym for an hour and a half prior. I went for a half hour at lunch last week and went for a half hour today.

I eventually want to be going in the mornings and the evenings, I did it last year and slept like a baby, it's just geting in the routine.

I like Spin, i was one of those scary things for me. I work in an area with a bunch of 'hard bodies' so it helped I went with a couple of friends. It kicks your butt and commits you to a full hour of intensive cardio.

It's kind of nice because you can slack off if you need to (though the instructor may call u out)

I did 25 mins on the treadmill which included 12 mins of running! My new favorite exercise. I then hopped on the elliptical for 15 mins.
