Ok, I have to ask. Is it a rule that you have to wear a pink hat to that class or do I just see lots of reflections of a couple people wearing them? so confused!!!!
This morning I did 25 minutes on the rowing machine, 25 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the recumbent cycle. I also walked to and from the gym (about 12 minutes each way).
YEA!
Oh yeah, I also took Star for two walks.

Omgish that is too funny!! I didn't even notice the others with "pink" hats.
I'm headed to the gym tomorrow for another long workout. I didn't go today and missed it completely. I know that yesterday I worked out enough for today.

Ok so all of you guys just inspired me to get my lazy ass up and do something.
I just ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

a room fulla women, what can I say? Pink is in.. Iffin anyone knows anything about working out. It keeps the hair off the face and the sweat out of the eyes. It's a helpful lil gadget.

I'm also doing a spin class (wore my pink/white cap)! I love it! This morning I did spin, 20 minutes on the treadmill and some arm/chest exercises (bench press, bicep curls and tricep extensions).

I did move today, played with the kids, a lot of frisbee with my daughter :-)
But, collapsed and ate J-U-N-K. So tired of being weak and tired!!!!! blah

exercised again today..just an hour on the AM, another 5miles and 780 calories burned

only a half mile on the eliptical machine 6 minutes

I was greatful just to get in the gym, I didn't have all that much time.

legs
12 and a 1/2 minutes on the eliptical machine on level 12 = 1 mile
10 minutes on the stair stepper from hell
60 sit-ups
Having less skin that wiggles and jiggles, priceless.
