It's hard to motivate myself other than to say "If I do this today, I will see it on the scale at the end of the week"

I put up pictures of my fat ass all over the place (bathroom mirror, refrigerator, dashboard of the car, etc.) and those damn things couldn't be ignored.

I knew that as long as I was doing SOMETHING about it then I could have hope for success, and also stop beating myself up when I looked at those ugly pics!

Of course I replaced the pics gradually as I dropped the fat.

In the beginning its very hard...once you start seeing results you'll feel better about it....I've been working out since 2 months out and haven't stopped...and am a personal trainer....but its hard work...there are days that I just don't feel like it...but I do it anyway....I don't care what anybody says..working out ( properly) is not fun...but the results make it tolerable....
