Default Can't get motivated...

I was doing really well with my exercise, but then I tore my meniscus and was having a real hard time going to the gym. Now that I'm back to normal, I can't seem to get back into my routine. Someone kick my butt, please.

I also get up 3 hrs. before work, that way I have my exersize in and done with. I hate having to do after a long day at work and feel less motivated.

Then at night I can do an hour walk with the dog and it dosn't have to be as intense.

Remember you wanted this, so lets get on it. (Hey I could have spanked you)

Don't look for motivation - just do it! You have to! We get up in the morning and we brush our teeth - no motivation required, we know we have to! Put it into your schedule and go.

Some times it helps to have a friend to go with you - you will motivate each other

Cheers,
Tonya

I'm definitely feeling a lack of any gumption to exercise lately. I just feel SO tired all the time. How do I find the energy to get out there and sweat it out???

Let me tell you what get's my ass moving LOL I have a pair of my Fat pant in my closet, I also have a pair in my desk at work. I have apicture of me before weight loss surgery in my closet, in my day planner and in my desk at work so when I want to eat something I should not or I dont feel like working out i look at those and think of what will happen if I dont work out. It might help. I also think if you force yourself for one week you will get into a routine and do it. I started working out at lunch and I have kept at it.

Go Oakland!!!!

You know, I really like this idea. I'm going to try to start doing that at lunch every day as well. My daughter will like going out for a walk, so we can just do that.

...also *let's go oakland* clap clap clapclapclap.
