Default Wiiiiiii !!!!!

I'm one of those people who hates to go into a gym.

I also refuse to do anything I dread (like the eliptical or treadmill). I just don't like htem.

I want to be active and strengthen my body via exercise, but it has to be a personal choice, a choice that I can vary and have fun with.

I began with a mini stair stepper, velcro weights for my wrists (and ankles), and a Total Gym. It is the Total Gym that got me going, and even though it was expensive I am grateful for it since it got me going.

NOW I have my new toy, my new baby, a Nintendo Wii, with Fit Bundle. OMG I love it. Talk about diversity!! And it is so clever, it knows me so well, corrects me, works with me, and rewards me! Love it!!!!!!!!

The point, of course, is that there are different exercise routines for each type of personality. There is no one thing that works for everyone. I see people put pressure on themselves to get on the treadmill. For me that would be agony.

Okay, back on my Balance Board!!

Simone, you HAVE to get it!!! I am enjoying the 5 sports games very much, but the Fit Bundle is something personal for YOU. It is so worth it, and now that you have the console, the Fit Bundle is pretty inexpensive given all that it does in terms of exercise!

I actually spent 1.5 hours on it today and didn't even realize it!! I was doing all kinds of stuff and laughing my butt off the whole time!

I think I feel like bowling....and then maybe a little tennis to relax....<giggle>

LOL...my kids are getting the Wii from Santa and the Wii Fit as well....the Fit is more for me but they don't need to know that! We all need more exercise especially up here in Alaska..it's hard to get out and about when its 7* outside. I can't wait to try it out. We even bought a 42in flat panel TV and stand for it to go with. Can't wait to move into the new house to get all hooked up and play with it!

I bought a Wii Fit back during the fall, but I really haven't used it yet...just haven't made the time I suppose. I am putting this on my "must do" list.

Andie, my podmate! When will you be settling into your home? How was the move?

You will LOVE the Wii! It is great fun, and will keep you busy and active during those long winter days!!
