Default Wooo! 18 minutes on the treadmill!

I consider myself VERY lucky to work in a building that has access to a gym upstairs. Yes, and it's FREE! It has free-weights, 3 treadmills, 2 recumbent cycles and a bunch of scary looking weight machines that I know I'd get tangled in if I tried them out.

I screwed my knee up a while back and I attribute it to my gaining back the 130 pounds I lost (what I and many here on the forums consider) 'the easy way' of losing weight: non-surgically.

I couldn't walk nearly as much as I used to... I was walking 30-180 minutes a day, every day in 2004.

This is quite an accomplishment for me, even though it was slow (1.1 MPH).

Yippeee!

Wink

Congrats, Any accomplishment is one that should be rewarded! Keep up the good work, more time will come with more benefits. Remember to take it as slow as you need to!

Good luck
