I consider myself VERY lucky to work in a building that has access to a gym upstairs. Yes, and it's FREE!

It has free-weights, 3 treadmills, 2 recumbent cycles and a bunch of scary looking weight machines that I know I'd get tangled in if I tried them out.
I screwed my knee up a while back and I attribute it to my gaining back the 130 pounds I lost (what I and many here on the forums consider) 'the easy way' of losing weight: non-surgically.
I couldn't walk nearly as much as I used to... I was walking 30-180 minutes a day, every day in 2004.
This is quite an accomplishment for me, even though it was slow (1.1 MPH).
Yippeee!
