I have an appointment on the 21st at the gym to get into weights I can't wait. The doc thinks I can weigh 124 so I need to lose 73 more lbs. I would have thought it was impossible but I am beginning to think it is possible!

You better believe its possible...many people are under the impression that weight lifting is only for muscleheads..(which is kinda true)..that want to get huge..( sounds eerily familiar)...but it also can burn fat at a decent rate...I credit weights for a huge part of my weight loss...so...hit the iron and you'll be at that 124 before you know it!! Good luck!
