Default Proud of Me

i just wanted to share that i'm proud of ME today! yesterday i pushed myself to goto the Y and let me just tell you as a reforming lazy a$$ i walked .70mile on the treadmill, .50 eliptical and ..........OMG 6.50mileS on the bike so i like did 7 +miles!!!! i was so happy i was cheering for myself on the stationary bike i think people thought i was on drugs...

just saying that if you put your mind to it, you CAN excersize and there is really no excuse. Sure i only can manage 9minutes on the "death machine elipital" but i dont give up and i dont quit. I cant even believe i'm saying that but really in order to be successful with your tool, you gotta excersize.... just sayin'

a gym - I used to go once in awhile and was the fattest one there - felt like everyone was watching me to see if I would fall on my behind.

I walk about 5 miles a week - mostly around here - a little resort township that's real cute and country. My husband and I do about a mile a day - early in the morning before the sun comes out and warms it all up.

I have a bike - but haven't tried it yet.

GIRL GOOD JOB .... I so need to get in there and tone up... girl that elliptical is the devel.. but I am telling you it will burn the calories... and its so much easier on the knees.. I used to hate it but after about 2 weeks ... its becomes routine..

Go Deb Go! I am so proud of you. Remember a little at a time. I started off real slow and now I am up to 55min. and 3 miles. I haven't made an attempt at the elliptical yet but I am so ready. I so am going to buy an elliptical next week. I was going to the gym 3 times a week and then they close. Now they are open only 4 hours a day. So I am taking my money and buying a treadmill and a elliptical to put in my spare room. Ok so now I have to make sure it doesn't become a clothes rack. Make my DH my drill Sargent and make him work out too. Though he doesn't need it.

The elliptical will take the weight off.. try doing that insteadof the treadmill.. I have to due to knees... i am a former basketball player and softball player.

No No Deb 55 min on the treadmill. Yieks I have only made it 7 min on the elliptical. I have only used it a couple times at the gym cause I'm too embarrassed to only do a few minutes and poop out. But now they are only open 4 hours I can only make it a couple days a week thats why I am buying my own.
