.7 miles on the treadmill, a year ago I would have laughed at you for that statement, only .7 miles...yea right, so I get a treadmill, and let me tell you it was funny, I would have died to go .7 miles!!! Thats great, keep it up, I still have to push myself, making the next day a little longer, but its still a bitch!!

Go slow girl, dont burn out so soon...baby steps, baby steps!!
