Ooooooooooooooooow!
Tonight was spinning. I haven't been spinning since months before my surgery. I was proud, I got through almost the entire class, with the exception of the "up two, down two" because it was hard on my weak knees. Gotta get that strength up! I hurt now, so I am definitely gonna hurt tomorrow! I got weighed and measured at the gym so now I can track my progress even if I'm not losing pounds. Anxious to see what I lost this week though after two hard workouts!! yay me!

I know, that's when I feel the best, when I really didn't want to work out and I made myself do it anyway. It feels like such an accomplishment! I am getting in the mindset now where I WANT to work out! I don't usually like the group classes as much as working out on my own, but I am finding that I like them better now because they push me harder than I would push myself.

You have given me inspiration--I went to the gym today and walked for 47 minutes (I have one week to go to my surgery) and thought my hips were going to collapse--I laid in the pool for two hours this afternoon and they no longer hurt. I am going to try for an hour tomorrow after ready what you went through I shouldn't complain! I hope that I too can do what you did in a few months!

Aw! That made my whole day! I am glad some good came out of thi, asside from the obvious good it does me! lol Congrats on the upcoming surgery date! the more you work out right now, the better you will feel in the hospital and the faster you will heal, so keep it up!!!
