So this site has a spot where you can create assignments for exercise. This looks really fun. I hope it will work for us.

I made the first assignment to be walking. I thought that would be easy and then we can see how it is tracked. After you walk there is a place to go and complete your assignment and journal it. I am really pumped about this now and already have the motivation to maybe take a walk at lunch.

I will check it out. You may have to guide me through it being the computer retard I am. I may not start until monday though.

I am having problems logging in. It will not send me my verification e-mail...

This is such a good idea if I can get it to work. I have really increased my walking lately and would like motivation to take it further!!

I have to request the activation code again, then open up the email and copy and paste it into there to get activated. Hope this helps. Good luck.
