"Accountability" - that's what i need! i find that my husband and kids are too forgiving with me and will accept any excuse i come up with for not exercising.

this will be the start of something big!

Do a search on there site for thinner times and you should find the group, or you can search my user name and find me.

Burn Fat Faster: Walking - Yahoo! Health

i found this really good article about walking that might be of interest - i know it's aimed at "experienced" walkers but i thought the bit about the number of steps per minute was useful to ensure that when we walk we are getting the most benefit from it.
