Default allergic to myself?

So I have been getting up at 5 every day to go walking. It feels great except when I sweat I get VERY VERY itchy and it burns. I feel like I am seriously overheating. It sucks so bad. Does this happen to anyone else? I feel like I am allergic to my own sweat...

It's been humid in MA !!

But I would check with a dermatologist.. they can maybe give you something to put in the wet/itchy places.

hmmmmmm...
Wear cotton? Get a layer of "performance" clothing, though it is expensive, to wick away the moisture? Drink lots of water?

Anyplace there's friction, you're going to have that reaction!

Like Gina said, try some performance clothing...Target is selling some now and I also found some cheaper on Amazon.com

Kelly, I just noticed this too today. I wiped the sweat off my face and it just burned...kinda like a stinging sensation. I had makeup on...not that I apply it to workout, I had it on all day...so maybe that could be the culprit.
Overall, sweat does make you itch...especially when it dries.

I actually can't walk outside when it is humid. I get rushes all over my legs and even around my neck.
