Default Go ahead, make my day

Nothing like dating a weight loss animal to get your butt moving.

So here is goes, Monday through Thursday drop off daughter at 9 am for gymnastics camp, do an hour of running, 90 minutes of biking, pick up daughter, stop home to grab lunch then take daughter and son to pool for at least 3 or 4 hours. Get tan, swim, socialize etc. Go home, make dinner (NO eating out for the next 5 weeks) finish food by 7:00 p.m., rinse, repeat...Friday through Sunday is a little different, as there is no gymnastics camp, so we'll be doing family exercise time, biking, walking in the woods etc.
Pool is open 7 days a week, so that is always there.

I feel like my own personal drill seargent! Heck - I need one! Didn't I say I'd lose this last 25 pounds like, ten times??

Go ahead, kick my butt friends, make my day!! LOL

edit: John sweetie, you can politely pretend you're not reading this!

Woo hoo, Gina! You go girl, with that schedule! Personally, that sounds like a whole summer of fun to me. Wish I could have your schedule I'm getting down to my last 25 pounds, too, so if I need a schedule like that to lose it, um...

Best wishes to you. If anyone here could do it (besides John of course) it will be YOU!

If anyone can lose it, it's YOU! I've never seen anyone so determined...except for your man of course! What's going on with you two? When are you seeing him again???
Also, your schedule sounds pretty rigid....like a full time job!!! I assume you are off for the summer????

I'm sitting here in my chair eating cheese reading this.

I'll bike later...perhaps the pool too? I need to get my butt to the gym. I'm having elliptical withdrawal...(did I just say that!??!?!)

I knew from the time I was about 19 that I wanted to keep the academic schedule. I knew it would be great if I had kids, and I was right.

John just left Monday and should be back in August. We'll see where things go from there. Many things to consider beyond just how we feel about eachother of course. Such is life.

Ended up just riding today - no big surprise there - 37.15 miles in about 2 hours 15 minutes. I would have done more but it seems the x took the bike pump, so I had to waste some time buying a new one. Only averaged 16.9 mph, but there was a lot more climbing than I remember. Also having some shifting issues with my bike - not good.

Tomorrow I'll just run but I've never run for 120 minutes. Guess I'll walk some too...Just have to burn the calories and drop the fat. This is my best chance yet, so no use in holding back!

And you'll get there. I couldn't run a step a year ago. Just got my bike 10 months ago - I mean, it all happens pretty fast once you lose enough to get really active.
