Yeah & I'm beginning to realze the wine ain't doing me any favors either...It was "ok" while I was still dropping the poundage, but it's talking to me now.

I've started changing my food, somewhat. My problem is I've been using the same menu plan from the hospital for so long I don't know what to eat...
