Default June 01, 2008..Did you move to lose today?

Don't know if anyone would be interested in participating in this, but I find that visiting this site daily reminds me to not only take my vitamins, but to exercise. Hopefully we can motivate each other to get up and go!

700am - Brushed the pool walls down, cleaned the filter, add chlorine, and skimmed.

730am - Fed the dogs, played ball with them. Watered the gardens out back.

800am - Cut the front lawn. Hot out already! Washed off the patio, washed the front windows. Cut back our dying flowers.

900am - Walked a 30 minute fat burning program on the treadmill and knocked off 200 calories.

1000am - Off to Costco for water, watermelon, and lots of chicken and fish.

1100am - Jumped in the pool and swam 100 laps.

1300pm - Exercising my mind on TT!

What's left to do? Another walk on the treadmill, some light weight lifting, walking the dogs once it cools off, and another swim to cool off and relax before bed.

So, how did you all move to lose today?

Today was a rough day. I started a new shift at work that now requires me to be there 1 1/2 hours earlier than usual. So no morning eliptical like I'm used to. Now I'm home from work and feel totally wiped out from going in so early that I don't feel up to it. I'll get back on track, I've gotta adjust to this new shift! Tomorrow I'm taking my gym clothes with me and heading to the gym right after work. I guess it's not too late to still get a walk in tonight huh?

BTW - WTG on your day! You did awesome! I had a few days like that last week. I love the endorphin high from a good workout that then carries over into the rest of your day. My house got so clean last week! LOL

I absolutely know how you do it. I was invited and went to a Pentecostal Full Spirit church once when I was stationed in Norfolk, Virginia. After getting over the initial shock, lol, I was just amazed at the energy some of those little old ladies had.

Thanks, I did have a good day. I just woke up feeling motivated. And I love the endorphins kicking in as well. Nothing better than that high you get from pushing yourself to new limits. It's addicting!
