Default bodybugg

I recently joined 24hr Fitness thanks in no small part to all of the encouragement I got from all of you. They included the bodybugg with my membership and all the personal training sessions I purchased. It is a pretty cool gadget if it is as accurate as they claim. The thing that has me concerned is that after 5 weeks my weight is only down 5lbs. My calorie deficits have been averaging at least a thousand a day. My trainer says I have been losing fat but gaining lean muscle. (I really was out of shape after two knee surgeries and laying around the house for 6 months) My GBS is still at least a month away. I am really anxious for any info you can offer. You guys TRULY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

gina has one of those. She knows all about them. She is busy this weekend(music festival) but, i'm sure she will chime in here soon enough.

Default As promised!

Here I am - music festival went very well.

I LOVE my bugg! You have to be really, really, really be honestthough, or it is garbage. I mean - it will tell you too. You put in your weight and it says - yea - don't think you're eating what you say you are. YOu have to measure like you have OCD, really be brutal. If you have to estimate anything, ever, go conservative. This is the hard part.

OR - you aren't drinking enough water...

OR - you are actually gaining some muscle as your trainer says.

In any case, a pound a week is a very healthy weight loss, and if you're on your way to surgery, don't even worry about it! You're gonna lose like nuts for awhile anyway. Get some muscle on you, get as fit as you can and you'll recover from surgery way faster than if you were a couch potato.

You are awesome to be in the gym at his point and it will pay off BIG time.

If you have a specific question about the bugg, post again, or e-mail me or pm me. I have been wearing mine for two months. I mean 24/7 except for showers. I feel so naked without it now!
