I'm not 100% convinced Pilates is enuff. After losing steadily for 20 months, I hit my first stall this month. I lost 800gr/1.7lbs last month & for me, that's bad. I keep thinking at my current weight, I should be dropping 1kg/2.2lbs a week. I walk (powerwalk) 3mi./day. I am a cleaning person (ok, I have an education, but being diagnosed 2 years ago as an adult w/ADHD, it's tough to go back to the reg. work force) & work like a dog for 3-4h every day. I would think that was enuff...But the ol' bod says different.

And Mr. Inky....It's "Mr." becuz momma & daddy raised ma butt right. Always use "Mr.", "Miss", "Mrs.", "Ms." until you know the person.
