Ok you weigh less than I did and you're younger,I think, I'm 44 yrs old. You should do well as far as loose skin. Sorry if I came across hostile, it was not my intent. I guess I misinterpreted your comment. We cool right?

I'm not 100% convinced Pilates is enuff. After losing steadily for 20 months, I hit my first stall this month. I lost 800gr/1.7lbs last month & for me, that's bad. I keep thinking at my current weight, I should be dropping 1kg/2.2lbs a week. I walk (powerwalk) 3mi./day. I am a cleaning person (ok, I have an education, but being diagnosed 2 years ago as an adult w/ADHD, it's tough to go back to the reg. work force) & work like a dog for 3-4h every day. I would think that was enuff...But the ol' bod says different.
And Mr. Inky....It's "Mr." becuz momma & daddy raised ma butt right. Always use "Mr.", "Miss", "Mrs.", "Ms." until you know the person.
Southern manners & all...

This whole weight loss thing is pretty much trial and error, we gotta figure out what works best for us. I'm also from the south, via N.J lol! I've been in Fla for over 20 years and where I live, Miami, that whole southern manners and hospitality thing is long gone! Comprende?

Ma biggest problem is I was an active athlete for so many years. Now I have the "itch" to find some sport that can help. Living in this country, it's near to impossible to find a sport I like. They are soccer fiends & that to me is NOT a sport. It's the only one I truly hated.
N.J., eh? You're forgiven! Just givin' you some hell, luv. I've a sis in Pensecola, ex-USAF. I'm not one for the hot, hot, hot environs. Been in Denmark for too long. I complain when it gets to 80F here. I think I'd die if I hadda live in the States again.
You're only a Harley wrench, eh.....I love my muscle cars....Wish sometimes I had my '72 SS back. She was a fab car....

Ma daddy did do a 69 SS, but sold the beast as soon as he was done with it.
What a sin....She was white w/red R&T interiors...
The '57 will always be the car I want to buy, when I have $50,000, that is. Ma daddy did 6 of 'em up in his time. Kept the 2 door hard top til they moved til Az. DAD!! Mistake!!!!
Ok, dude, it's 23:00/11:00 pm here & it's time for me to go. Or at least, go listen to some Seger at high volumes..Ma man is a transducer design engineer & made the MOST rockin' speakers for us...
