hey all.. HAPPY MAY 5th ~~~~
UP again at 5:30am working out Elliptical Trainer Machine - I was on for 30 min and burned 380. Bicep 3*12 30lbs Tricep 3*12 30lbs incline Chest 3*12 25 lbs hips 2 3*12 70 lbs hips 1 3*12 60 lbs back 2 3*12 50 lbs Leg press 3*12 150 lbs Torso 3*12 30 lbs calf 3*12 110 lbs So come on all post that you are doing to loose it this week !!!

hey all...
I went to the gym for lunch today... thought I would post up !! 30 min of cardo 30 min weights .. woo hoo thank god for the shower!!

I've upped the time on my walks for the day.. two 20 minute walks and one 30 minute power walk.. by the time I'm done that mid-day 30 minute walk, I am sweating like a pig.. I have to go into the ladies room and wash before I can get back to work.
yesterday was a dance dvd in the evening.. but I didn't sleep well, so I think I'll do some tai chi or maybe a pilates dvd instead.. see if I sleep better.

No way I was going to get up this morning and goto the gym so I decided to go at lunch...
I did my normal Arc trainner for 30 min but this time I up the resistance to 17 and the incline to 5. I burned 404 instead of my normal 380 ish so it made a difference. And I did light weights .. I was a slacker today Bicep 3*12 30lbs Tricep 3*12 30lbs hips 2 3*12 70 lbs hips 1 3*12 65 lbs back 2 3*12 50 lbs

I've been super lazy this week:
Tuesday & Thursday: Bikram Yoga - 90 minutes - approx 1150 calories burned each time Planned: Saturday - Bikram Yoga 90 Minutes - approx 1150 calories Sunday - Regular Hatha Yoga - 60 minutes - approx 300 calories 3.5 mile walk
