Heading to the pool after work and I finally found a new swim suit so I don't have to worry about swimming out of it.

Default I'm a day behind 04/30/08

Yesterday:
Walk Away the Pounds - approx. 98 calories burned
Bikram Yoga, 90 min - approx 1150 calories burned

Today:
Bikram Yoga, 90 min - approx 1150 calories burned

Gotta love that Bikram Yoga it burns a ton of calories, stretches and tones your muscles, and it leaves you relaxed and centered.

Don't know how much I burned...... this week I've taken 3 15-20 minute walks a day.. I do desk pushups & stuff.. I do a dance video (three times this week so far..)

And I'm also spending a LOT of time working around the house... I've cleaned several closets, unpacked some boxes I've had sitting here for months.. etc, etc..

Are you plugging in your weight? I got it off of an exercise calorie counter...The work I do also includes lifting light weights while doing the work...the entire walk is 20 minutes @ 3.3 miles per hour

I went to the activity calculator and with your current weight is said it burned 116 calories. So you the good news is you burned a lot more calories than you originally thought!
