I'm at 9 weeks, and have been going to the gym to get myself back into the swing of things. I would, however, within the next month or so, begin on the track to gaining muscle. I don't mean "toning", which I know is great and ABSOLUTELY is the calling for many. I mean full-on muscle building, or at least strength training so I can pull a boat or something like that (hey, I can dream). Anyone out there have any advice on this, or even information on whether or not I am going about this wrong way? Thanks.
