Default Finally I'm the proud owner

of a treadmill!!! i'm so excited my mom got me an early birthday present. My bday isnt until June 4th but she knew that its so hot here already in the 90's in AZ that i was NO WAY walking out side. And my dear daddy was informing me of his friend that had GBS on 1/2/08 and he has already lost 100 pounds! Yeah um thanks dad. He explained that the man is walking even jogging some so it really helps. So watch out i may turn into an excersize fanatic. ( really though dont hold your breathe on that one

Walk yourself silly! You have wonderful parents, and I know you appreciate them! Enjoy walking off the pounds, firming up the jiggles!!!

I'm so happy for you!

Deborah - Just start moving - that is all it takes. It snowballs from there. It is 0545 and I am getting ready to walk out the door to go to the gym. Just move kiddo!

what a truly wonderful gift that shows compassion.

We have the SAME BIRTHDAY!@!

I wouldn't know where i'd be if it wasn't for that trusty treadmil. Cause days thats its really cold outside or bad weather you just simply(or I atleast couldn't) get out there to walk/exercise. The treadmil though allows you to workout from home regardless of weather. It really helps to aid in your schedule when its really hard to find time to workout through the crazyness that is life.

Im SOOO happy for you. Awesome news and a cool gift.

Now that's a wonderful gift! Perhaps I need to start hinting to my boys that Mother's day is coming up.
