Default I got asked to.......

Be a part of a Biggest Losser Contest at the gym!!! So i guess they will be having some type of contest of who can lose the most body fat. My Trainer told me right when they started talking about it that he instantly volunteered me! He said with out a doubt he has someone thats going to kick everyones ARSE. It felt kinda good that he believes in me that much. He has 20+ clients right now and he wants me to represent him!! He said it would be a 8 week program and he will give me more details later.

At first i didnt want to do it but then i realized if he believes I can do it then who am I to argue. it will also get me closer to my goal.

So ill let you guys know. It would have been great to have started this during my first 6 months but o well. Now maybe i can flatten out this extra skin.
