I really like the idea of all of us walking in with you the first time in our hearts - keep picturing us standing around you (some of us giving squinty eyed glares to the looky-loos) and cheering you. even getting through the front door is a RAGING success ^^

let us know when you go - and when you get back

Thanks for all your encouragement and support. I joined a gym and hired a personal trainer. My first session was this morning. I barely noticed all the people
there and I don't think they even looked at me (not that I care). I am sure I would still be procrastinating if I hadn't herd from all of you. You guys are truly special! Thanks again,Chuck

Smile Personal Trainer is the way to go!

I thought I was doing ok but once I got a PT my work out got kicked up a couplr notches!

Make sure he makes you work out your CORE! I have seen a huge difference these last few weeks since i started working my core muscles. Weights and Cardio is great but concentrate on the core and like the name says its the core of all your muscles and it will make you drop the fat quicker. You will be a loser in no time!!
