Default Wow Moment!!!

I did my first push up today!!! So I been doing girl push ups since i started the gym. When ever i get in the normal pushup position i just cant hold my self up cuz of my weight. So i was on a mission to A. try and get my self in that push up position. B. actually do a sit up.

Well I was finally able to get inthe pushup position about 3 weeks ago. So i would just get in the position and hold my self up for about 20 seconds then fall. then i would repeat that 4 more times. Been doing that for the last 3 weeks and today for the first time i told my self to try and go down and WHALLA i was able to do my first pushup!!! I wanted to yell and jump around when i did it. I was only able to do 1 push up but still i was very proud of myself. Now my goal is to do 5 in the next 2 weeks.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I couldn't even do a girlie push up if I wanted to, so congrats to you even on that. But before you know it you will be doing all kinds of push ups, sit ups and everything else and bulking up those muscles. Good luck and congrats again.
