Default First time on this thread.

This is my first posting here under the exercise section as exercise is something I love and the therapy pool was my haven three times a week after lap gas. bypass, with my bad hip and I was very limited. I loved it when i got on the bike in the water and road for 15 minutes, I know it helped my body burn and it helped me with a better attitude along with the other abdominal exercising I did. Since December and the abdominoplasty I have been laying down alot and have not been back to the pool which I miss alot. I do however do crunches and leg lift routines to some degree, infact as I have been laying here in bed after my hip replacement, I am fantiscising about exercising, riding bike, swimming and I also have been doing some crunches and my leg strengthing exercises. but I am an aerobics lover, deep water and hopefully after the hip is recovered maybe back on the terra(land), I live next to beautiful mountains here in Carrara and cant wait until I go out and get the reward of a new Mountain bike and also I will be hitting the beaches starting in early May starting my swimming routine in the Med. Sea. My rehab after the hospital stay will be back at the center where I was in the pool and I look forward to the exercise there too. I love hearing about the bike with the back support from Lynda. Go everyone go.........

I need to find some time today to get some type of activity in. Does going to Walmart count? I ran my daughter to the doctors this morning then back to work. At 3:30 I have to turn around and run back home to pick up my son who has a science fair from 4 - 9 then back home. I feel like if I miss a day I will get off track ugh!

Is there anything you can sneak away and do while at the science fair? Just a thought.
