Default Fitness Tip I Found (Free iTunes stuff...)

This was in a magazine at my doctor's office:

MP3 TUNE UP: If your playlist is out of step with your workout, get the right rhythm from Los Angeles deejay Steve Boyett's Podrunner mixes, free at iTunes.com. They are labelled with beats per minute and update weekly. (Note: I just downloaded them...it totally works!)

I was wondering if anybody had done this! I have audio editing software that can get beats per minute, but wondered if anybody'd taken the time to do playlists with it. THANKS MIKE...guess I need an ipod now, huh? I'm still on the fence...

LOVE my iPod! So many reasons why! I love exercising to it, listening to my audio books on it, watching rented movies on it (yes, the picture is very clear, and very enjoyable), etc.
