Marine, I used to drag myself through the day, and if you haven't read my story (I have posted it ad nauseum on TT), I spent a long time in a wheel chair with back pain issues.

I think just being able to BE ABLE is part of the injection of energy!!!!!!!

Nope, no exercises for anyone else! Just for me!!!! I know, I know, I'm so MEAN!

I've been watching the DVDs with the Total Gym, and tomorrow I will embark on a new journey - a 6 to 8 minute daily workout that I have now figured out how to do! WHOOPEEEEEEE!!!!

Claire...I gotta ask...did you get it from QVC? I got the total gym elite from QVC back in Oct 2006 and I love it. You can work every muscle in your body. I have really nice definition in my arms. You will be able to see it better when I get my brachiolplasty!!! You will never get bored with it. My husband and I decided to buy it for ourselves for our 15th wedding anniversay. I actually gave on on-air testimonial a few months ago on QVC. Maybe next year, you and I can try out for American Gladiators!!!!! Sue

Yes, Whit -- I now will GLISTEN! And anytime they need an old lady to do an infomercial (the old lady WITH SAGGING EXCESS SKIN, I might add), I will be delighted to do so!!

Sue, no, I got mine directly from Total Gym - got a great deal on one. My daughter told me about one she saw on QVC, so I know that's an outlet as well.

Oh yes, definitely American Gladiators in our future!!!
