Cool Oh Man do I feel the burn

So I have been in Physical Therapy now since August and have progressed to the weights and other machines. The PT people are good let me tell ya!!! I am feeling muscles in my abs that I'm not so sure as they have always been there lol.... I have learned a lot about my physical self since being in PT. like I am no where as strong as I used to be, my balance and range of motion isn't what it used to be. My front and innner core muscles SUCK bad, as I can't depend on them for anything, they say that is why I injured my back and right thigh in the first place. So yea I am glad I am learning the tricks of the trade, and that as long as I am in PT I have a trainner, but I sure wish I had a trainer with my regular membership as I see I am not getting the results I would like to have on my own. One thing that was a eye opener for me was the fact that when they used the pilaties ball for me to do lower abs and inner core work, I really need to work on strength training and the rest will come..... no I dont wanna be no body builder, but a girl can dream cant she lol, you know the sexy sculpted body that turns guys heads when you walk into the room... then when they find out there is brains with that package and they are like daaaaammmmmmnnnnnn girl LOL ok see I am day dreaming again LOL

lol well let me tell ya lol you got core muscles and yes I agree with you my trainer is also teaching me the proper techniques of body position and how to use the machines. All I can say is, I have had to of been doing it wrong all along cause you dont just go from working out on your own to working out with a trainer and all of a sudden there is muscle pain ya have never felt lol well that is unless like me I had to of been doing something wrong lol
