Hematoma's finally gone and I can finally exercise. I walked 2 miles tonight and used my new bodylastic exercise bands tonight. It was great to work up a sweat. I'm feeling really good. Maybe the scale will show me some love...

I finally have a "normal" BMI
Reached my first goal of 145...and setting a new one of 135.
Reached 135 and have decided to lose another five if I can.

I'm in the 130's for the first time since puberty!

NEWS!!!! Deb so happy for you to have that gone. I've been taking a couple spins out on the bike myself last couple days. It does feel good to move the body doesn't it? Janie
