Hey Zen! I'm here....still reading...just not posting much....It's been a busy summer! I'm trying to step up my exercise so I can get out of the 150's! I've been stuck for awhile now!!! I still can't/won't give up the Starbuck's!! I just love that stuff!!!! I have pretty much given up the goldfish crackers though! I still have a few now and then...but not like I was!! I keep switching addictions! In the past 9 months I've gone from food addiction to exercise to starbucks to vicoden to margaritas to goldfish crackers and now I'm back to being addicted to starbucks and exercise!! Holy crap! I think I need a shrink!!!! Actually I think the addiction to exercise could be the best one of the group!!!! Hands down!!!! Perhaps I'll go to sex next! Woohooooo!! Have a great day! xoxoxo
