Default Any AquaJoggers here?

Hi!

I will begin a new aquajogging program at the local aquatic center next week - high energy, low impact, and much more strenuous than water aerobics. I am wondering if anyone else here does that?

I haven't, but it sounds fun. Let me know how it goes..........but no classes on that here, so I'd have to do it on my own.
