You have too much time on you hands!!
But thank you for the effort. Like I said, I'll be fine. Trying to just relax and accept it. I have the rest of my life to work out. Three or six weeks is just a blink of an eye...right? (How am I doing? Are you buying this??)

Well, you could always take up needlepoint and make a couple Christmas gifts...knit...paint...hey, paint a kid! There, now THAT sounds like fun! I'll bet the 3 yr old would love it! The other option is to paint your hubby....no, that won't work, no exercise of any kind...
On a another note: Wow, pre-baby abs? I have more than a few friends who would be sooooooo jealous! You, my dear, are going to be babe-o-liscious!

Yeah, I know... but things are looking up! Got three book orders today, after two WEEK's of drought... so I get the twiddling your thumbs thing.
So, yeah, take up needlepoint or something else you can do inside the house... or just drive yourself crazy looking for graphics for other peoples' threads...

Oh brother
I do knit! but it is 93 degrees outside. I don't feel much of an urge.
And it is the need for a physical outlet, not boredom, that is getting to me. I am just really used to DOING something. Sometimes I forget and think to myself, "Well, I can't get to the gym, but I could go for a bike ride!" Then I remember.
Frankly, my abs are so tight, I really couldn't do it anyway...

Gina, you have unwittingly solved your own problem! What with you having abs to die for, you could PLAY QUARTERS ON YOUR ABS!

I see Dr. King August 14th - August 17th is 3 weeks. That is suppose to be the day I can go do MILD exercise. Two more after that and I can hit it again, but I have to ask the surgeon.
We'll see!!!
