Default Got you Marie

I'm sitting on my butt doing nothing (not even chair curls) and I've lost 7 pounds. Of course they were cut off of me...Does that count?? No? Oh well.

I'm impressed! We're doing Maui next summer, visit some relatives who live there. Stopping in CA on the way. If I lose 3 pounds I'll be SHOCKED!

You done good!

How did you jumpstart the loss? I am stuck and can't get my tool to work with me. I go back to basics and I stay where I am.

Back to the basics...protein first...cut out the carbs, and drink plenty of water. I also started to walk my dos 2 times a week and go back into the ocean with my surfing. On vacation....it was easier to hit the drive thrus and snack on high carb foods. It was so dang hot when I was out that I vegetated most days...in AZ, it was too hot to even swim!
