holy crap today was crazy. I think im about to fall over. 3hr workout plus washing the car and doing the yard.

I stopped my monitor before the yard and car so I have no idea but, it was 3350 alone in just workout. I bet today total with everything and my normal crap was a 7-8,000 cal day. Thats pretty nuts.

I'm trying my best to eat but, with all the damn water im drinking it makes it hard. I bought a 3 liter jug of osarka(sp?) water and I have re filled it once. Thats 6 liters of just water not to mention the other crap I drank today like tea and propel(i guess thats water too)

holy moly. I'm tired. This is one of the last days I will have to do stuff like this though for awhile. I needed today. Today I felt like ironman. I needed that.

Yes, you are a beast. You will look amazing. I still want to see what happens to us with no workouts for so long. We might be just, sitting somewhere twitching...I don't know?

Good luck the rest of the weekend.

When we talk I'll let you know what I think I've figured out...The next couple days will tell me for sure, but I think when I burn what I eat, I don't lose. I think my body wants a gap, but things are so slow, it is hard to know.

Anyway - back to you - I'm sure you're going to be fine for surgery. As I said, losing a couple pounds after plastics is not going to make you suddenly have some huge section of hanging skin. I am actually suspicious that you're going to want to put on a few pounds of muscle after this.
