Default Look great without a trainer

I'm always looking for "how-to" guides with illustrations to target train certain areas, and I found one here. This link shows the all-mighty triceps, but when you open the page and scroll down there are other optional workouts for other things we all should be focusing on....Atleast I know my butt, shoulders, arms, legs and core. I've used most of them and they work me pretty well. You won't even need a gym membership, but it does help to motivate if you know you're paying for one. I know it does me.

Thanks John.

Bridget - I've been going to the gym on and off for months, and still feel like I have no clue how to use the machines effectively. But, I just go and do my time. But now I need to start targeting certain drooooooping areas...lol

Default I hear you, but...

I love having a trainer. The folks at my gym give me new ideas every month when I get bored or something doesn't seem to work like it did.

The trainers there are so motivating - they really care. It is part of my support system.

So yea - I'd love to save the money - but I know myself. I am anxious to impress them so I work harder if they are around. Doesn't hurt that most of them are hard-bodied men...

Just my humble opinion - everyone does what works for them!! I don't mean to sound defensive either. I just like having my butt kicked by someone else. Makes me try new things, do things I hate etc. Maybe some day I won't need it?

You should try pilates - kicks your butt and tones what you're talking about - but it comes on softly - not like an aerobics class or group power or anything.

Default exercise

Thank you for the website. It looks good , now I need to get off this computer and get up and move hehe.I never knew of such a webpage. This is going to be a big help to me. I go to a gym now for a core workout and I like it alot. But its only for 8 weeks and not really interested in it for the summer time. I believe in being outside in the beautiful weather.
Went for a nice bikeride today with the kids.It was short, sweet and got the job done, and the kids had fun too. First time I have ever been on a bikeride with the kiddos.
Thanks again for the webpage,
mgt
