anyone can join but, we need to keep the #'s right so the way to do that is if you would like to join(its free weee) please pm me and I will put you're name on this original thread listing and you're member #. Then you can put that member # beside the apove text in you're sig in any form of fashion you wish.

How silly (AND FUN!!)...What exactly does it mean to be a Gym Rat? Does this lady who wears pink all the time really want to be called a rat? LOL!

I need to know if I qualify. I like hula hoops! I like going to Curves....but a rat??

lol. There is no pressure. This is just something someone else said and I thought it was fun.

If people think its neat and fun then maybe we can start doing something fun with it like a gym rat event or GTG or challenge or something goofy. Who knows.

For now its just something to help unite people.

If you workout 4 times a week with a trainer you are seriously killin' it! Ofcourse you qualify.

I wanna make this clear this club isint about pressuring people to do things they don't wanna do. There is no qualification process. You just have to have goals and work towards them. Ladies please feel free to put the gym rat text in you're sig in whatever manner you wish with you're corresponding #.

ok, it's official...I changed my sig to #2. Hey, this is good...I'm 3 weeks away from my 40th bday and still haven't hit Onederland yet!! Maybe rethinking myself from a pink kitty, to a stinky smelly gym rat will help!! OOPS, time to logout..time to go and hop on my treadmill!!

i am back to my workouts 5 days per week, plus i have taken up rollerblading - yup you heard me - shoes with wheels - its scary, but im trying it

due to health issues im not as agressive as i have been, but im still in it!
