Hey gym rats! I am finally feeling like the old me again, although I get tired after a few hours. I'll be one month post op Monday, and am ready to go back to the gym. I figure I can't do the aerobic classes yet, but the treadmill should be ok...shouldn't it???

Sign me up as well!

I workout six days per week, with a mini session in the morning and a full session in the evenings. I will be adding a personal trainer to my arsenal for greater effectiveness.

Thumbs up Sign me up!

I have started from dance class and now I decided to add more exercise. I recorded 20 minute exercise routine (with weights) from my cable. It was easy to follow, and easy to get through. Of cause now my whole body aches It means I actually did something effective, right? For some reason my ass hurts the most! I probably have to do this routine again today because tomorrow I probably won’t be able to sit down.

My surgery is in a week, I wonder how soon I will be able to exercise again … I actually will miss it.

I don't hit the gym yet. I'll be doing that after surgery.

I do however, play basketball with my boys after work, sometimes. Does that qualify me? If so, sign me up.

Okay Mr. 951...sign me up! I'm going to join the YMCA soon but for now I am walking on my treadmill in my basement and getting my bike ready for some serious riding. (I'll even wear a helmet though I do so hate "helmet hair")!

I wait in eager expectation for my anointing as gym rat #?????????

Just a quick update . . . I am hitting the gym 4 days a week and I play softball one day a week - feeling pretty good about my workout routine.
