I did my walking today already.. going to do some cardio with a DVD- latin inspired dancing.. lets hope I don't trip over my own two feet

Default I wanna play too!

I would love to be part of your group...

I'm going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week.

I'm up to 20 minutes on the eliptical, 25 minutes on the stationary bike and 1 hour in the pool and doing the 20 minute weight training circuit. I alternate my exercise. Best of all I'm hooked!

Please let me know which # is mine.

Girl please you just got on the bench...just remember that everyone heals at different speeds. I tried to rush it and my DH had to reel me back in....I go 4 times a week but I only 20 mins. on the treadmill and just started adding 10 minutes on the bike on Thursday. Just take your time and go at your own speed.
