i guess i can be gym rat 98 even though i dont goto the gym but i do workout on my treadmill

Does this mean 100 is available? I just picked up some workout gear and some DVD's for a home gym workout..

I have an elliptical trainer as well, but I can't get access to it, since most of my stuff is still in storage.. but soon!

I Am Only 4 Weeks Out And Need Help With A Workout Regiment.....i Have A Dr. Appt. Tomorrow And Hopefully He Will Release Me All Together. Ive Never Been A Workout Buff, So I Would Appreciate All The Help Possible. SO AM I 100 OR 101???/
