Hey folks. I have some very artistic students, and I am going to ask them to design a t-shirt. I'll describe the club and see what they come up with, but I imagine a buff rat on a treadmill or lifting weights. I also have a great t-shirt place here (they do all the band/choir/high school shirts)

However, if any of you would like to draw one up, send it to me (PM for addy) and I'll have it made up. It will be a hoot to wear it to the gym!

And I assure you, they will come in PINK!

I used to be a gym rat and trying to get back into it...can I join...BTW...I would love to design the t-shirts I'll work on a design

Ice-o-plex is a large ice-skating/hockey rink complex in Escondido that has a gym too. It's a great deal: $25/month for everything and it has a indoor heated pool and lots of classes. Very low-key place!

It will be much more authentic to have a stapler sister do it. Way beyond me.

So do it up and unless you want to take on the whole project, you can snail mail it to me.

Well Gina, I can tell you a secret, there's nobody else listening, right??!! At my age, when I see a gorgeous hunk of male flesh and blood like John and his age, the same age as my children or my friend's sons, it almost feels, I don't know, out of bounds or something similar to actually lust after them. So if I qualify my thoughts with that motherly adjunct, it makes me feel more virtuous. But, the more I look at his picture, the less motherly I'm starting to feel If I heard his sweet, sexy voice, I might be a goner! If you happen to overhear this secret John, consider the source - an old lady!

I so don't qualify to be a gym rat - maybe a gym mouse, possibly a gym spider??? Hec, some days I barely qualify to be the gym towel.

Walking, recumbent bike, and I just joined a yoga class last week too. (BTW - I LOVE LOVE LOVE yoga so far!! Awesome workout for my tired old muscles!) But, if I can join, I'll make it a goal to be more rat like and less mouse like. K?
